Last week in our showroom, we had a live kick off meeting with Grant Cardone via we prodcast. I was very fortunate to see Grant Cardone in a small venue less than a month ago when Toyota Canada brought Grant in to speak to the dealers about today's business environment and what it takes to be Number 1. I was so inspired, I contacted Grant after the session, which leads me to today. For those of you that may not know who Grant Cardone is, he "is the Entrpreneur for the 21st Century." He is the owner and founder of three multi-million dollar companies. And he is a force to be reckoned with. Mississauga Toyota Scion has retained Grant's training system to coach and motivate the entire staff to provide our guests with a world class experience. Grant takes selling to another level, but it is not just about the selling, it is about being the best you can be at anything you do. And it starts with a smile and the right attitude of we CAN help you. If this sounds like a plug for Grant Cardone, so be it... We can't continue to do what we do, we need to change as our world has changed and the traditional way of selling vehicles is in the past.
