I arrived at work Friday morning ready to work and close out the week in proper fashion, when all of a sudden people started approaching me with all kinds of issues that affected the deliveries of my department for that day.

But that is the norm in my end of the business, if its not the back it's the front end and if it wasn't that it would be something from the outside effecting the way I carried out my day. The challenge is how to get it all done, so that the customer is not effected by any of these issues. Luckily I have a great team that assists me in getting the task complete, so that the customer is totally satisfied by the end of the transaction.

In most cases you always have to look at the task at hand from the outside in. This means how can I get the job done without it effecting the expectation of my customer. At times this may seam impossible but with proper guidance anything is possible. With support from all the departments, we can concor all, it takes team wok to make it happen.
We at Mississauga Toyota have just that a great Team, that is constantly changing to meet or exceed our customers expectations.
