Hello my name is Jon Hall, I work at Mississauga Toyota. Recently I was blessed enough to be asked to go with the owner to Las Vegas to go to the Digital Dealer Conference and learn about all the new trends in social media and technology surrounding the automotive market. This blog was supposed to be all about that. However during my stay I received a phone call to tell me that my puppy had passed away from heart failure. I say "Puppy" but Max was actually 13 and a half years old, a right old age for a golden but he was always my pup. I can't even begin to tell you how sad that phone call left me for one. He was always there for me when I was down or sick or just needed to go for a walk, although as he and I got a little older we walked less but we both still enjoyed when we did. I wasn't there with him as I was thousands of kilometers away. I so wanted to be and it was very hard to just sit in that very empty room.If you have ever been blessed to have a pet in your life give them a big hug and tell them you love them just a little more, go for walks a little bit more (it's actually good for both of you). Never ever take them for granted because they will never take you for granted. But most important try to always be the person your dog thinks you are.
