I purchased a new Toyota Camry from your dealership this past week and thought that I should provide you my feedback. I have a background and know from personal experience that most customers are quick to complain but generally reluctant to praise. This recent purchase was my 14th car purchase and I can honestly say it was my best car buying experience ever.
I was genuinely impressed with the information presentation given by your General Manager, Jon Hall.
Your Sales Manager, Nick Mandavia made a point of introducing himself into the buying process several times and so I felt that my needs were being addressed by a sales team.
My sales person, Sushil Sadhwani, proved both knowledgeable and patient with my continuous questions on features and performance issues on the various models in your showroom. I am certain that I contacted him at least 15 times during my selection process that lasted severeal weeks. He carefully ascertained and then addressed all of my vehicle needs. I never felt pressured or rushed to 'close the deal' and when the purchase was finalized I felt quite comfortable with my decision. lastly, I would like to congratulate you on the overall friendly atmosphere at your site. Each of your sales staff was quick to say hello and offer assistance even after I explained that I was working with Sushil.

My family has been a customer of your service department for many years and we purchased our third Toyota vehicle from your dealership in 2008.
The purpose of this letter is to commend John Bates, your Service Advisor, for offering outstanding service to us as his customers for several years.
We came into your Toyota dealership at around 9:45 am on February 5th, 2013 quite distressed, as our Toyota CAmry 2007 falied to start. We were headed off on a 3-day holiday that morning up to Northern Ontario and we had no booked appointment.
John expressed concern with our predicament and assured us that he would do his best to take care of the car immediately. Within the hour we were on our way with a new battery. However, as we drove out of the lot we discovered that the heater fan would not turn on. So back in we went.
John again made us an immediate priority and arranged to have the car back into the garage. The technician discovered that ice had built up on the heater and this was the problem, so they heted it up removed the ice and again, we were on our way by around 11:30 am.
Your service department was busy that day, and yet John honored the emergency needs of his customer, which does not always occur in today's busy service world.
Your Dealership is Really Amazing!
Your dealership is really amazing to me. It actually has a personality. I bought the car from Paul Burega who did a great job. Paul would walk on hot coals for you. This morning I came in to get some nick picky small things looked after which would turn off most service departments. Danny Pellico is great, smooth and knowledgeable. The parts guys are real great too including Josue and the guy that gets in early on a Thursday (John Norris). He gave me a jug of windshield washer because I had to wait - brilliant. Also kudos the the nice guy in service who looks like Mark Twain (George Kitson). 9.8 out of 10 You have a great group here who really treat it like their business.

Best Service Ever
I wanted to complement you on having such an amazing team. I've been coming to your dealership for service for a while now. Always received amazing service. I promised myself (when I decided that I want a new car) that I will go to a Toyota dealership. Stand somewhere secluded, and if a sales guy comes up and wants to see if he can help, I will buy with him/her. I've been to at least 10 other dealerships. Jim was the only one who did that. Mind you I was just in for the service, but I was thinking about my promise at the time.
Anyway, Jim stayed in constant contact with me. Always tried to help whenever he could.
So long story short, Michael spent better part of 3 weeks working hard. He and Jim provides service to me well above and beyond their call of duty required. I am now driving the car that fits 120% of my checklist of things to get on the new car I imagined (obviously more). Yesterday I felt almost like knight rider (my favorite show when I was growing up).
I complement you on an amazing team that helped me through the sale, Also the amazing team that always helped me when I needed them most with my previous car (Also a toyota). I attached some pics of when I was picking up the car. Best service ever.

A year ago when I moved to the neighbourhood, a neighbour was quick to tell me that I should be sure to visit Mississauga Toyota if I ever needed to service my vehicle because of the exceptional service. My neighbours happen to drive a Toyota Matrix, just like me so they had experienced the great service first hand. I've been to your dealership on a few occasions and have always been very pleased.
Tonight, one of your employees went so far above and beyond your usual high standard of service I felt compelled to write. When I drove into your dealership this evening, I was hoping to have my license place affixed to my car as one screw had fallen out. As I walked towards the dealership at 6:30pm, I noticed the lights in the service department were out so I asked an employee (Kevin Magee) if the service department was closed. He told me it was but was very quick to ask what the problem was with my vehicle. I told him about my license plate and he promptly said that he would be willing to help me out. Despite the fact that the plate was proving troublesome with a broken plastic screw, Mr. Magee was very pleasant and took his time to ensure that my plate was correctly affixed to my car. It was so very kind of him to take the time to help me, you are fortunate to have such a customer service focused member on your team. A completely different experience.
This morning I brought my 2010 Toyota Camry for a scheduled service appointment. I want to thank you for an outstanding service starting the minute I walked in to the time I left. I felt very much welcomed and was treated with courtesy. You explained the things my car needed and gave me a choice to which work I would like to have done today.
