Mississauga Toyota is currently seeking a full time Product Advisor (Sales Person) to join our busy sales team. A Product Advisor is responsible for showing and selling vehicles to people who visit the dealership.

  • Ensures high level of customer service through excellent sales service

  • Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers requirements
  • 1 year experience in sales is an asset but not a requirement

Mississauga Toyota is currently looking for a full time Service Advisor to join our busy team. To ensure the highest customer service we’re hiring a new advisor. A Service Advisor’s job is to advice customers on the parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs or maintenance. We offer in-house training as well as competitive compensation.   • Minimum 1 year experience as a service advisor
  • Thorough understanding of vehicle design and maintenance
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset not a requirement
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills

  • Greet customers as they come in for service inside the drive-thru to initiate the repair order process
  • Review history and current vehicle data with the customer to promote required service and recommendations
  • Promote monthly service specials
  • Obtain diagnostics and estimates through communication with technicians
  • Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
  • Keep clients updated with vehicle status
  • Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
  • Document approved repairs and update promise times
  • Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
  • Review and ensure all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible
  • Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
