COVID - 19 Safety Protocols 

We ask that your vehicle stays with us for a half or full day. 

Appointments are taking longer then normal due to our COVID-19 safety protocols. 

All guests entering the dealership are required to wear a face mask/covering.
 Airbag Campaign or Recall

To schedule an Airbag Campaign or recall please call the dealership so we can order the necessary parts and confirm a time.
Indoor Seating

We are offering limited indoor seating which can be booked with our Guest Services Team at 


You have 2 options to drop off your vehicle for service:

Vehicle Drive-In

 
Steps:

1. Drive your vehicle into the service drive-thru doors.
 
2. Park your vehicle, turn off your engine and roll down your window. An employee will greet you and check your vehicle in for service. 

3. Once you are checked in, we will escort you to the lounge with assigned seating. If you are leaving the premises, please make sure our service team has your contact phone number. 
Key Drop-Off

 
 
Steps:

1. Park your vehicle anywhere on the left side of the building.
 
2. Walk over to the awning where the key drop off box is located and follow the instructions listed there. 

3. Proceed to the front doors at the main entrance to check in with reception if you registered for assigned seating. If you are leaving the premises, please make sure our service team has your contact phone number. 

Important Procedures

If you have already reserved an indoor seat with our Guest Services team when you booked your appointment at  905-625-0333 please check in with our greeter through the main showroom doors.

If you have dropped-off your key we will sanitize your vehicle before it enters the building. We will contact you confirming that we have your vehicle and review the services needed.

Upon completion of work, we will call you. Please note, appointments are taking longer than normal due to our COVID-19 safety protocols.

When you arrive, please enter through our main showroom doors, walk over to the cashier desk where we will have your keys and invoice. Our preferred method of payment is card: CREDIT OR DEBIT.


Tips on Maintaining Your Vehicle When Driving Less

Your Toyota was meant to be driven. However, many people are driving less as a result of the current conditions, which can lead to mechanical issues. Following a few of the recommendations below will help keep your Toyota running smoothly.
Drive Time

 
At least once a week, for a minimum of 20 minutes, drive your Toyota.

This keeps moving parts lubricated, the battery charged, and your tires won't develop flat spots.
Exterior Protection 

 
Wax and seal to protect your paint

If parking outside, consider a car cover
Brakes & Tires

 
Take a short drive at least once a week to help minimize rust from forming on the brake rotors.

Maintain proper tire pressure and move your car on a regular basis to avoid flat spots.
Oil & Gas

 
Oil can deteriorate over time, especially when temperatures fluctuate.

Even if you don't drive very often, it's a recommended to replace your oil at least once every twelve months.

Keep your gas tank full to avoid condensation build-up inside the tank, which can cause your engine to operate poorly.
Service Intervals

 
Even if you don't drive as much, it's critical to follow the manufacturer's suggested service intervals - every 6 months or 8,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

Check For Pests

 
A parked automobile can become an attractive nesting location for smaller rodents such as mice and squirrels, so check your engine for a nest before turning it on.
