PRODUCT ADVISOR/SALES

Mississauga Toyota is currently seeking a full time Product Advisor (Sales Person) to join our busy sales team. A Product Advisor is responsible for showing and selling vehicles to people who visit the dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures high level of customer service through excellent sales service
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for the sale; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements
  • Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers requirements
  • 1 year experience in sales is an asset but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Start date as soon as possible

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and drivers abstract
  • OMVIC certification
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Business Development Coordinator

Our growing Business Development Center is looking for ambitious, goal oriented individual to join our team as a part-time sales appointment coordinator for our Business Development Center. Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken, timely manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection via email or phone
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Qualifications

  • Ability to work some Saturdays and evenings
  • Computer skills
  • Previous BDC/Call Center Experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive knowledge/experience preferred, but not required
  • Detail oriented
  • Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • OMVIC certification

DETAILER

Mississauga Toyota is currently seeking a Full-Time Detailer to join our busy team. If interested, please apply to Daniel Pellico at dpellico@mississaugatoyota.com

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash the exterior of vehicles
  • Vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces
  • Shampoo interior with cleaning and extracting equipment
  • Wax, buff and soft sand vehicles using cloths and buffing machines
  • Remove sales stickers and/or clean and polish vehicle windows
  • Remove car wraps from vehicles
  • Cleaning and treating vehicle interiors, including leather interiors
  • Apply polishes, conditioners, and waxes to vehicles to preserve, protect, or restore color or condition.
  • Drive vehicles for fuel and other purposes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working in auto detailing
  • The ability to engage in physical work for extended periods of time
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure on-time delivery.
