COMMERCIAL LEASING REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales by phone, e-mail and on-line chat; manages follow-up on all requests.
  • Input all activity and customer information into company provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manages portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Prospecting new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with promotions and/or leasing incentives.
  • Utilize the computer system to manage customer details, and ensure accuracy of data on a regular basis
  • Provide accurate information to guests and prospects in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable requests or requirements.

Qualifications:

  • OMVIC Certified is an asset but not a requirement
  • Experience in automotive is an asset but not a requirement
  • Driven to increase their income
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills
  • Knowledge of the different vehicle manufacturers
  • Secure in delivering presentation to commercial accounts
  • Comfortable and eager to establish new clients/accounts
  • Comfortable with cold-calling potential commercial clients
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Willing to take direction
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, supporting other team members to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
  • Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, prospects, employees and outside contacts
  • Maintain the company’s customer service and sales standards while embodying the mission, vision, and values of the division on a daily basis.
